Investment Management
BPG's Investment Management Services group is responsible for overseeing the firm's investment funds and corresponding portfolio assets. The group is comprised of more than 35 real estate professionals, primarily executives and senior management, who have expertise in the areas of capital markets, fund structuring, legal issues, financial controls, dispositions, asset management and investor reporting and investor relations. This core group of individuals is responsible for qualifying and approving assets for acquisition, debt and financing structuring and overseeing asset management for the portfolio.
